BAIS Buzz, May 12th, 2023

The Harvard Crimson Leadership Academy

In July, BAIS is planning on hosting a 5-day intensive leadership training program run by the Harvard Model Congress San Francisco at Harvard University. The goal of Learn with Leaders is to provide an Ivy League experience for students globally at an affordable cost. During this 5-day intensive, current grade 8-12 students will be challenged to apply concepts of design theory in order to solve a real world problem. To do this, they will learn both how to lead and how to collaborate with others to creatively and critically approach problems. They will participate in workshops and receive guidance from the mentors as students work in groups to shape their solutions and then present their final presentations. There will also be sessions on College Admissions and a how-to session on building portfolio, resumes, and applying to Ivy Leagues.

If you have questions, you can email Mr. Julian at travisjulian@baisedu.org or social@baisedu.org. We do need a minimum of 30 students to sign up, so please invite your friends or colleagues as this is open to the public. If you are planning on signing up, but have not yet, please let Mr. Julian know so that we can begin getting an estimate of how many students are interested at this point. Thank you!
