BAIS boasts a diverse and qualified team of educators and staff dedicated to student success. Our faculty of 42 includes experienced professionals primarily from the United States, with additional representation from the United Kingdom, Canada, China, Ghana and Zimbabwe. All faculty members hold state or local teaching certifications or possess ACSI accreditation. Fluency in English and a commitment to Christian values are essential for all teaching and administrative staff, as our curriculum is grounded in a Christian worldview.

Complementing our faculty is a team of 43 highly valued staff members. They provide essential services in language instruction, administrative support, and school operations, including cleaning, security, transportation, and food service.
